Its kind of hard to explain where we find Fish Oil Benefits.  I've grown up being told fats are bad for me.  That's more or less true, but from what I've been reading its not completely true.

Omega Berry Fish Oil Free Bottle Offer. Supports heart, skin and joint health. No aftertaste.

If you know a lot about fish oil and its benefits, you inevitably have come accross its link with Eskimos.  Before any outside influence came into the Eskimo society their diet had a HUGE amount of blubber in it.  However heart disease was unknown to them.

This has led a lot of experts to refine what they advise people.  Its no longer how much fat you eat, but what types.  Saturated fats are actually good for you.  Fish Oil is actually the best fat you can eat.  It contains the fat Omega-3.  As you've probably read from previous articles I wrote, Omega-3 is insanely good for you.  Its mostly found in Fish Oil, but there are a few other foods that do have it.

However, the fat Omega-6 is pretty much the opposite as Omega-3.  Omega-6 is found is things like soy, corn and sunflower.  You can see why its so easy for someone to eat too much Omega-6 and not enough Omega-3.  I can pretty much tie everything I eat to soy, corn or sunflower.

That's why Fish Oil Supplements like those found over at Purity Products are so vital to a healthy diet.  It'd be nice to get the Fish Oil Benefits from the more common foods, but its just not the case.
