One of my personal favorites out of all the Fish Oil Benefits.  All I hear today is how all the food I like to eat just raises my cholesterol and blood pressure.  Heck, I know a bunch of people that take medicine just for that purpose.

Not only does it help lower cholesterol, it also helps with lowering tryglicerides, LDLs and blood pressure.

I am taking 4 1500MG fishoil tablets a day...two in the morning, and two at night. Fingers crossed this lowers my cholesterol, or I am on the meds :(

of course, you should always accompany either the meds or the supplements with daily aerobic work outs... sweating is still a good way to live healthy...
